Job Summary:

As a Concrete Laborer, you will provide attentive and quality labor in building foundations with crew. Become an integral part of the team and support the crew in whatever capacity is needed on jobsite. Be a team member your crew can rely on to always be on time and ready to work. Become a valuable asset to company and crew. As skills progress and are attained, advancement in pay and leadership will be opportunities available to you.

Position Responsibilities:

• Moving materials to and from storage and job sites
• Bending, placing and tying rebar
• Strip footings and form panels and tying bar
• Placing wailing and setting grade
• Cleaning the site; removal of tools & supplies, loading truck
• Keeping trucks and trailers stocked and ready for deployment to job
• Show up to improve; Be reliable, be on time and be flexible
• Accountable for their actions; acting with personal ownership and pride
• Follow directions and complete projects in a thorough manner
• Accomplish a variety of tasks as the work load demands
• Work outdoors in year-round climates
• Handle an average of 8 to 10 hours of physical labor daily
• Lift up to 70 lbs

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License

Working Conditions:

• This position involves work at construction sites where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Both cold and warm conditions will be experienced, including inclement weather.
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Hours are often 10 or more hours a day, 50 or more hours a week, as work demands. Work hours can be seasonal.
