Who You Are:

You are a purposeful Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for:

  • Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding
  • Responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities for candidates including obtaining and processing pre-employment checks
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition
  • Remain informed about relevant employment laws and regulations

What Skills You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition role
  • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
  • Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
