We are looking for a highly motivated and out going person for a full time maintenance position for seven dental offices. This is a remote position requiring travel to and from each location as needed. One location would be seen each week less emergency calls.

Successful applicant will be:

• Able to drive with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

• Able to use a provided tablet for scheduling, task logging, and photo collection of completed tasks.

• Able to work in occupied space while minimizing disturbances to occupants.
• Able to respond to emergency scenarios after hours (with compensation bonus)

Displays a wide range of skills including:

• Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions that meet code and design parameters.
• General carpentry.
• Painting.
• Lighting.
• Understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
• HVAC system maintenance (basic filter cleaning and coordination with subcontractors).
• Minor grounds keeping.

We are looking for a "can-do" individual who can work independently, who also possesses common sense to accomplish tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to preform all aspects of the property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs. Maintain all buildings for soundness and visual appeal. Must be able to take direction, be organized, and have effective communication skills with the business owners and management supervisor. Must be able to work effectively while the office is open to minimize disturbance to patients & staff. Maintain the work van for all scheduled oil changes and maintenance. Being able to maintain a schedule and track work completed is a must.

Pay based on experience level. A company van and gas card will be provided for work purposes. Specialty tools will be provided as necessary. Lodging will be provided for locations which are not within 60 minutes of Keene.

Bonuses are paid on a quarterly basis based on overall job performance and attitude.
