The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing their duties properly and efficiently.

AGM must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. You must be enthusiastic, friendly, positive and follow all the guidelines with Wilson JM LLC.

** This position has room to move up to a General Manager.**

Qualifications/Requirement:

·Must be 18 years of age or older

·Prefer 2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position

·Team player

·Honesty and integrity

·Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

·Outgoing and friendly

·Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends

·Ability to stand for long periods of time

·Must have reliable transportation

·Must be author to work in the US
