Easterseals UCP, is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Team Lead to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary, Intensive In-Home team designed for children ages 5-20 to prevent out-of-home placement.
What You’ll Do
Easterseals’ Intensive In-Home program uses an evidence-based therapeutic model called Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy. As a Team Lead, you will provide therapy that involves the child, their family, and extended family generally during the hours of 3 pm to 7:30 pm. You will lead a team consisting of two team members and participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for 1 week at a time with an average of 1 call/week.

You’ll earn an hourly salary based on your experience between $50,000 and 56,000 annually; plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, partial remote work schedule.
