Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Program Manager to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary High-Fidelity Wraparound team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to children and their families.
What You’ll Do
The Program Manager on the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) team leads the teams for all three locations and supports them on their mission to help youths successfully stay “at home, in school and out of trouble” as the Wraparound Fidelity Master. The Program Manager works closely with the NC High Fidelity Wraparound Training program at UNC G and the Coaches on all responsibilities of the position specific to program development, staffing, credentialing, dashboards and overall fidelity to the HFW and State standards and expectations.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary between $60,000-63,000 annually based on your experience and join a growing team making a difference in our community.
This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily during business hours but some time outside of that may be needed occasionally to support the teams virtually and/or on-site in Goldsboro, Greensboro, or Fayetteville. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.
