DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) - No Experience Needed/Paid Training!

Easterseals UCP, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to become part-time/full-time Direct Support Professionals (internally called “Direct Service Providers” or DSPs) to our clients living with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in their own homes in various locations in Asheboro, NC and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the people you will be helping. You will help our clients with daily living activities including employment support, as well as keep them socially engaged in activities so their days are enjoyable and meaningful. Daily documentation and reporting are required. Flexible hours available!
