Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing exercises
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
- Knowledge of medical management and healthcare practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $108,000.00 per hour
