Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Regional Manager, IDD is responsible for all aspects of the program operations for Day Habilitation, Community Inclusion, and Prevocational Training for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- This role involves ensuring financial sustainability of the assigned region, developing, and implementing person-centered plans, ensuring program quality, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- The Regional Manager, IDD works closely with participants, families, and staff to promote personal growth, independence, community integration, and meaningful training experiences that foster pathways to employment.

QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of community - based programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills; strong organization skills; attention to detail.
