Program Operations Coordinator

Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP)

Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to join our Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP)team!

In this role you will support all administrative operations of the SCSEP program including the accurate and timely data management of participant activities into the database system and coordinate and communicate with Host Agencies.

You will also maintain accurate and timely completion of reporting requirements to ensure information is audit-ready.

** This position requires regular travel to NJ/NY site locations**

Position duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the accuracy and timely management of program participant activities and host agencies in the Department of Labor (DOL) database system for New York and New Jersey.
• Ensuring that timely action is taken regarding Participant correspondence, requests for information, and special projects/reports from all internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
• Maintain office supply inventory and the maintenance of all office equipment when needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOL, Easterseals National and ENJ procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
• Point of contact for program participants.
• Process all travel and expense reimbursements.
• Ensure all information and documentation are complete and accurate for audit reviews by National, DOL, and ESNJ.
Travel to SCSEP sites in New York and New Jersey to train and support Resource Specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE :

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of administrative experience or one year experience with a degree.
• Proficient working with technology including MS Office, Electronic Health Records, and comfortable learning new systems.
Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
