Position Opening – Direct Support Professional (Program Support Specialist)

Easterseals is seeking amotivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

As you build relationships with the people you serve, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill of participating in their community.

Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
• Must be able to work M-F (daytime) 40-hours/week
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driving record in good standing to drive company vehicles
• Case management and documentation experience

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities 
• Job-specific paid training provided on site

This position starts at $18.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn more as experience and increased job responsibility is achieved.
