Responsibilities:
- Provide career coaching and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Educate clients on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques
- Assist with recruiting and matching individuals to suitable job opportunities
- Mentor clients in developing professional skills and overcoming barriers to employment
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals towards achieving their career goals
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and workforce development
- Strong mentoring abilities to guide individuals through career challenges
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices

Pay: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
