- Educate clients on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques
- Assist with recruiting and matching individuals to suitable job opportunities
- Mentor clients in developing professional skills and overcoming barriers to employment
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
