WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
In this role, you provide therapy services to children aged birth to 36 months. You attend staff meetings, agency and ECI team in-services, and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry techniques. You update our human resources department with all required documentation on a regular basis and communicate with the main office consistently. Additionally, you participate in ECI team-related quality assurance meetings and reviews.
You conduct intakes and screenings per policies and maintain contact with children's physicians for necessary medical information. As a member of a family-centered team, you collaborate to develop and deliver comprehensive routines-based service plans. You assist families in identifying their routines, concerns, priorities, and resources. This involves performing and coordinating developmental assessments, assessing development and goal attainment periodically, and reevaluating outcomes and strategies based on family-centered choice.
You provide routine-based physical therapy within the qualitative and quantitative standards of the agency. You will assist and facilitate the work of team members, other departments, and agency managers in attaining the goals and objectives of the organization.
