• A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record that meets EAPW requirements to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical with drug screen
• Ability to fully understand job requirements
• Previous product delivery experience and knowledge of the delivery area preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must possess interpersonal skills, organization skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to communicate (verbal and written).
• Ability to perform in an organized, timely and efficient manner
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and in a non-confrontational manner.
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is an essential job requirement.
• High school or general education diploma (GED); six months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

The requirements listed below are representative of the physical abilities needed to perform the essential functions of this position.

• Approximately 70% of the job is driving the company vehicle to and from customers and/or other EWD locations.
• Approximately 30% of the job is carrying items from the vehicle to the customer’s locations for each route.
• Requires the ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Hearing and vision adequate for safe driving
• Walking, sitting, standing, for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to climb steps
