Eastern Tech Company is Hiring a Printer Near Orange, CT
Eastern Tech Company is an OEM for specialty inkjet ink technologies. Our brands include FIREBIRD Ink and CheaterTee for Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing. Our company has been awarded patents and known in our industry to be technology innovators.
The Printer role will be responsible for testing custom ink and water-based coating formulations on various DTG printers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printers and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing printer parts
- Monitor printer performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure printers are stocked with necessary supplies, such as ink or toner cartridges
- Assist with printer setup and installation for new users
- Provide training and support to users on printer operation and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with various types of printers, including OEM models (Brother GTX Pro, Epson F2100, Ricoh Ri2000, Mimaki TxF300, etc.)
- Basic computer networking skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printer issues independently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,500.00 - $58,500.00 per year
