Job Overview:
Eastern Surfaces, a leader in the countertop market, is looking for a Home Store Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships and sharing product knowledge with Home Store Managers and kitchen designers. This role serves as an outside sales representative for Eastern Surfaces, to build and maintain strong relationships at Home Store locations. The position includes daily travel; in-house training and a company car are provided.

Responsibilities:

-Act as a primary liaison between Eastern Surfaces and Home Stores in the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure Eastern Surfaces products are well-represented and promoted effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to increase brand awareness and help drive sales.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to the Home Store Manager.
- Assist Account Managers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information using Moraware software.

Experience and Skills:
- You must possess strong relationship building and customer service skills.

- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A High School diploma is required. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or experience in a related field is preferred.

- Must be able to pass criminal background checks for Home Store badges

- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record for outside sales activities

Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
