Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a desire to help others.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Update the Bus Schedule as needed.
- Assist with organization, filing, and organizing/preparing packets of information for various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
