Eastern Sports Management is Hiring a JRSSC Finance Coordinator Near Stafford, VA
The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sports Center is currently accepting applications for Finance Coordinator. The Finance Coordinator assists the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the management of the organization’s finances and accounting. This includes, but is not limited to, making deposits and other finance-related tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the organization's General Manager and Assistant General Manager in financial management
- Issue refunds as necessary
- Monitor daily deposits in conjunction with daily sales reports
- Frequent use of the following reports: Sales, Cash Basis and Accrual, and Toast Sales Summary
- Audit safe
- Transfer deposits from the safe to the bank on workdays at least twice per week, such as Tuesday and Friday
- Register drawer monitoring providing change to Front Desk drawers 1 and 2 and Cafe drawer
- Will have access to and use of CardPointe as the credit card processor
- Identify Chargebacks and notify Account Receivable Administrator so she can reach out and email a photo of the signed membership agreement stating they agree to pay dues.
- Identify Credits older than 6 months and zero out
- Make notes in Daysmart for anything other departments may need to know
- Other tasks related to finance as directed by the Corporate Finance Director, General Manager or Assistant General Manager
