Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and general labor tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work on various projects and utilize a range of construction skills.

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and install structures such as windows, doors, and cabinets
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying and concrete finishing
- Assist with roof installation and repairs
- Caulk gaps to ensure airtight structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Assemble and disassemble structures as needed
- Conduct metal stud framing for interior walls
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in carpentry, masonry, and general labor tasks
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in metal stud framing techniques
- Knowledge of roof installation and repair processes
- Skill in caulking to ensure structural integrity
- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work
