Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, providing chairside support
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control protocols, and dental procedures
- Proficient in using Eaglesoft, CAD, and other dental software systems preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
