Eastern Companies is Hiring an IT Administrator Near Duluth, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Computing 
  • 1 year of IT support experience 
  • Candidates who have experience or skill set in programming languages, such as JavaScript and Python
  • MUST be able to speak both English and Korean.

  • Communication skills
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines
