This career opportunity as a direct support staff is working with individuals with development disabilities in their own home or family homes. Working in our supported living program is a fun and exciting and assists the individuals towards their goals for independence and personal growth.
This position would be working with high functioning individuals who are looking for assistance with the following:

ECDC is seeking applicants who enjoy creative activity planning and being part of a company that is dedicated to making a difference while having fun.
This job can be part-time, full-time, 1st shift, or 2nd shift. The schedule for this position is fairly flexible and allows the employee to manage their work schedule around the needs of the individuals. This position currently requires some weekend availability.
