Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00PM - 10:30PM

Banded/Graded: A-1-3

Salary: $24.28/hr $0.35/hr shift differential

Responsible to: Director of Buildings & Grounds

Position Purpose: The night lead custodian coordinates the service for all user groups, the cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities; and perform related work as required.

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. Starting salary for such position is $24.28/hour $0.35/hr shift differential. In addition, the pay includes an additional $0.10/hr for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
