Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general custodial duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $10.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
