We are seeking a new Dietary Aide to join our team. Your role will be to oversee all Hospitality functions in Nursing dining areas, including helping residents with menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs. The Dietary Aide is expected to model Eastcastle Place values, standards, and professionalism to a high degree at all times as well as participate in the training and development of dietary aides with the goal of facilitating service excellence.
As a member of the Hospitality department, you will work with Dietary Aides, Cooks, CNAs, Nurses, and Stewards, and report to our Certified Dietary Manager and Director of Hospitality.
