You'll help keep the properties in top shape, making sure everything works smoothly for our residents and guests. Duties Include: 

• Inspect and maintain residential properties, promptly addressing issues and communicating needs with Owner Services team.
• Perform preventive maintenance on association equipment and common areas, making sure everything stays up to standard.
• Work on homeowner association projects from start to finish, keeping everyone informed along the way.
• Regularly meet with department managers to discuss goals and track time using UKG time clock.
• Stay in touch with teams and stakeholders through email, Teams, and friendly conversations.

Location: The Village at Northstar and Mountainside

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time role

 Successful candidates have/are: 

• Self-driven and independent worker
• Valid driver's license required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed

We will train the right candidates!Experience in home maintenance, electrical, appliance, HVAC troubleshooting and repair is desired but not required!
