Floor Lead Job Description & Duties:

• Able to understand and retain directions.
• Follows schedule and notifies scheduler and or supervisor if there is issues with jobs.
• Possess excellent small manual dexterity and able to lift 35 lbs for a 8 hour shift.
• Able to multitask: racking and inspection for packaging complete jobs and or partials if need be.
• Able to use a computer for production entry, flooring in and out of jobs, printing travelers and making move tickets for partials.
• Able to keep track of orders, counting of parts while putting them up and taking them down for accurate counts.
• Able to communicate effectively with Plater, Planner and Supervisor.
• Actively promotes team work and has a positive attitude and outlook.
• Is flexible and willing to do what's needed for team success.

Shift: Monday-Thursdays 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Fridays 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Wage: $21.00/hour to start
