Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant by conducting preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs.

You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Schooling and/or background preferred. 
• Experience in maintenance field.
• Experience with HVAC, appliances, security and sprinkler systems, lifeline systems, fire alarms, plumbing, heating, electric and/or any other related repair or maintenance is preferred.
