East Penn is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to internal sales, marketing, customers, and the industry.
Interact with sales, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
Verify battery sizing and battery application.
Provide technical presentations to internal sales and customers.
Support marketing regarding technical documentation.
Assist in new product development.
Assist in field study or other related projects.
Understanding of industry standards.
Participate in contract reviews.
Participate in development of industry standards.
Travel when necessary for related conferences, professional organizations, or customer relations.
Diffuse customer complaints.
Educate sales, customer service, and customers of new or changed products.
Ensure high quality of work.
