Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently during patient visits.
- Maintain detailed and organized electronic medical records (EMR).
- Assist physicians with documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Research/Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Manage and update patient charts with relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards regarding medical records.

Experience:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Experience in transcribing medical records, particularly in an emergency room (ER) setting.
- Familiarity with various medical systems and software used for medical documentation.
- Strong typing skills to accurately document patient encounters.
- Previous experience working in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred.
