EAST JORDAN PLASTICS is Hiring a Print Operator Near Beaverton, MI
East Jordan Plastics, Inc. is currently seeking Print Operator - Afternoons & Night Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Safely start, load, run, unloads and shut down Printer equipment.
- Produce required number of parts that meet customer and company quality standards in a timely manner.
- Properly document all run time, down time throughout shift
- Comply with company policy, quality, and safety standards, such as wearing safety/hearing protection when on plant floor.
- Maintain housekeeping in work area and adjacent areas throughout shift.
- Communication with team members
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with dry offset printing, Flexo graph printing (preferred but not required)
- 1 year experience in print (preferred but not required)
- 1 year experience manufacturing
- Pass color and mechanical aptitude test
- Ability to read, write, email, and have basic computer skills.
- Able to use hand tools, lift 50lbs, bend, reach, squat, sit, stand, and utilize ladders.
- $2.00 per hour Shift Premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
- Consistent work schedule
