Shifts that we are looking for:
Part-Time or Full-Time (Must be available to work on occasional Weekends) :
- 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm or 7am-5pm / 1pm-11pm
Others:
- Day Shifts 7am-3pm (Only on Weekends)
- Swing Shifts 3pm-11pm(Some Weekends included)
- Grave shifts 11pm-8am (Pay Differential)
- Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to complete fingerprints and criminal history review.
Interest and sensitivity to working around children who have experienced trauma.
No convictions for abusing, neglecting, mistreating individuals, or drug charges.
- Responsibilities:
Maintain the daily routines and structure of the facility.
Provide care, safety and supervision.
Work with treatment team to incorporate activities, schedules and goals youth may be working on.
Attend and present groups.
Promote a warm nurturing home environment.
Prepare regular and nutritious meals.
Communicate and partner with treatment team to ensure consistency in programming.
- Experience (recommended):
Experience in trauma, crisis, grief, loss and intervention.
Experience maintaining children's health and safety.
Experience with medication management and de-escalation.
Experience or knowledge of the foster care system.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
