East Haven Builder's Supply, a Division of US LBM is Seeking a Mechanic to join their team!

How you will spend your days as a Mechanic:

• Perform basic vehicle repair including but not limited to oil changes and tire rotations
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections as directed
• Testing parts and systems to ensure they are in working order
• Repair or replace worn, old or defective parts of the vehicle
• Pre inspection of vehicles prior to leaving facility
• Maintain all maintenance records

Mechanic Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in hydraulics, brakes, welding and general maintenance. (Required)
• Special Knowledge: Bilingual Candidate Preferred not Required
• Special Skills: Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge & understanding
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 100lbs or more, spend long amounts of time sitting, stooping, reaching, bending, climbing, standing, or walking. Overtime may be required.
