East Hartford Animal Clinic, situated in East Hartford, CT, is in search of a Hospital Manager to become a part of our leadership team. We are in need of an individual who can cultivate a cooperative and energetic work atmosphere while aligning with our commitment to providing exceptional client service and veterinary care to our cherished clients and their adored pets.

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our hospital, which includes providing direction to our technician and receptionist teams, handling the financial aspects and business growth of the practice such as budget administration and tracking key performance metrics. Moreover, they will oversee client care and communications, mentoring our support staff to deliver outstanding customer service. This position will also entail close collaboration with the team on the hospital floor.
