Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at East Edge Excavating. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition to this, a Project Manager must to organize and manage scope, cost and schedule of multiple, simultaneous projects. Your role will also involve communicating and collaborating with general contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Proficiency in logistics management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect construction sites
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• In field experience of at least 5 years, preferably in a management role
• Responsible for project setup, budget entry into company software, issuance of purchase orders for all vendors and maintaining overall project files
• Reviewing daily time sheets and reports
• Estimating and budgeting experience
• Strong work ethic
• Experience with B2W Estimate and Track is a plus
