Private Pay Collector position is Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Postion is not a remote position. Office location is in Deer Park, NY.

Qualifications of the Private Pay Collector:

• Must have experience in medical collections, preferrably at least 2 yrs exp
• Strong communication skills with excellent and clear phone voice and presence
• Must be extremely organized, highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of all insurance carrier plans (third party, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), as well ICD-10 billing codes
• Demonstrates initiative, ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Must be comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Past experience using Fastrack software is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
