We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Coachto join our team in our Raleigh, NC corporate office. This is a full-time position.

We are a nonprofit Head Start organization that was established in 1974. We serve migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. We have nearly 50 campuses across 10 states, and we serve approximately 3,000 children each year.

As an Early Childhood Education Coach, you will provide coaching and other support for classroom staff based on the Practice Based Coaching framework for the purpose of ensuring high quality teaching and strong child outcomes. You will develop relationships with teachers and will create coaching plans to drive effective teaching practices for Direct Service and Delegate programs.

You must have knowledge and experience supporting the implementation of high-quality teaching and instructional practices. Additionally, you must have the ability to guide and motivate staff in their professional growth as well as experience with design and delivery of training and technical assistance.

Additional requirements include:

Preferred – Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood Education.

Accepted – Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood Education.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Starting: $46,000 - $58,000 depending on education and experience
