Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of equipment, including tractors, skid loaders, track loaders, track hoes, hydroseeders, straw blowers, mowers and various farm machinery. If you have a solid background and are proficient in operating equipment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment such as tractors, skid loaders, track loaders, track hoes, hydroseeders, straw blowers, mowers and various farm machinery
- Perform routine inspections and report preventive maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during operation
- Assist with building and construction tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in equipment operation in all or some of the equipment listed
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to dig, build, and handle various types of equipment efficiently
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to equipment operation
