Salary Range:$14.00 - $16.00 Hourly
The major responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Enter detailed PO receipts into Google Drive and Google Sheets.
- Record outbound shipments on the outbound log.
- Print labels for receiving to properly label inbound inventory.
- Communicate any PO issues internally and to the external customer as needed.
- Review and file inbound truck paperwork.
- Identify, track and address late trucks as needed.
- Send PO recap daily to the external customer about daily receipts.
- Print and log outbound shipping bills of lading.
- Print outbound FedEx and UPS labels using a customer-specific program.
- Assist with inventory and data entry as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience reading and understanding bills of lading, purchase orders and receiving manifests.
- Capable of handling detailed data entry, reporting, and tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and other Google Drive Applications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate with external customers as needed.
- Dependable and able to work well both alone and with others.
- Attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a cold (35 degrees) environment as needed.
