Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders, manage transactions, and track sales.
