Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join us as a Cashier/Food Runner. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling payments accurately, and delivering orders to our guests efficiently. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Accurately process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system.

- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

- Pack and present food orders ensuring accuracy and quality.

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier station and dining area.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
