POSITION SUMMARY
- Assess patient for Pre-Surgery status to include medication history, previous medical and surgical history, complications from previous surgeries. Preparing patient for upcoming procedure providing education related to process and surgical procedure.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum Experience
  - 1-2 years nursing experience
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
  - Registered Nursing License
- Preferred Education
  - Bachelor's in Nursing
- Preferred Experience
  - 3-5 years medical-surgical nursing experience
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  - N/A
- Other Requirements
  - 3-5 years medical-surgical nursing experience
