• Monitor drivers working hours and equipment availability
• Keep tabs on the weather at all driver locations to be able to flag potential issues
• Serve as a reliable point of contacts to balance safety and customers' requirements
• Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipment based on their routes and timelines to minimize how many truck drivers are out
• Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
• Answer and respond to any emergency or non-emergency calls to provide assistance or important information
• Acquiring loads, scheduling, routing, and providing drivers with load information
• Go to person between the driver, shipping and receiving customers, and the broker
