As a Lab / Product Testing Technician, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to test and develop testing procedures and methodologies. You will work closely with design engineers to define testing parameters and drive test execution. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

To succeed, you will be an expert in the following:

• Researching, designing, setting up and managing multiple tests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to document and communicate findings directly to engineers and through detailed reports.
• Learning new skills quickly to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Basic qualifications:

• Experience working in Hardware Reliability Testing, Environmental Testing, Aerospace Testing or related field to include HALT, Temperature/Humidity Testing, Temperature Cycling, Shock, Drop, Vibration, Salt Fog/Spray, UV Exposure etc.
• Experience using and debugging PowerShell scripts
• Experience in designing experiments to measure and collect test data using accelerometers, thermocouples, strain gauges etc.
• Understanding of basic electric/electronic theory including the ability to do basic wiring/cable installation and electric troubleshooting.
• Experience in the set up and use of electrical/electronic test equipment such as digital multi-meters, dataloggers, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Experience in writing test reports
