Earth Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Foreman Near Tioga, FL
- Provide leadership and direction necessary to manage the day-to-day activities of approximately eight work crews.
- Identify equipment requirements and have a working knowledge of managing backhoes, loaders, excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, skid steers, etc.
- Communicate directly with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and other personnel as required.
- Ensure employees work in a safe, high-quality manner, and comply with the rules of our customers and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure work crews meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work with multiple departments to ensure efficient work scheduling and project completion dates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 10 years of experience as a foreman or in a supervisor position.
- Preferred 5 years of oilfield experience.
- Preferred 3 years of environmental remediation experience.
- Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a background, and MVR check.
- References Required.
