Earth Grounds Landscaping is Hiring a Lawn Care Specialist Near Charles Town, WV

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and gardens for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various landscaping techniques and the ability to operate both power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape
- Maintain and repair hardscape features such as pathways and retaining walls
- Use power tools to build and maintain outdoor structures
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
