```Duties```
- Earth Friendly Children is dedicated to designing and selling organic and sustainable products for children. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce our clothing, toys and accessories.

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions

- Create prototypes and visual designs using beProduct and other design software

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you have worked on
- Proficiency in visual design and other relevant tools
- Experience with front-end development technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and ability to apply them in your work
- Strong analytical skills to analyze user data and make data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
