ENTRY LEVEL CLERICAL position available with Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale!

Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking person to fill this role.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Sort files / scan documents
- Create or update records with new files and information
- Posting inventory/ payables /data entry/ reconciliations
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding documents in a professional manner
- Ensure important documents are stored securely
- Additional tasks as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have exceptional organization skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service
- Phone answering skills
- Billing experience
- Flexibility changing requirements
