We are seeking a Part-Time and Full-Time Lead Preschool Teachers to join our organization! These individuals will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. EMAIL Directly To kidclc@yahoo.com Responsibilities: * Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth * Create a fun and safe learning environment * Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate academic milestones, physical activity, rest, and playtime * Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents * Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress * Maintain the health and safety of all students * Provide a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment * Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play and storytelling * Encourage social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem * identifying behavioral problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them * attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops Qualifications: * MUST have a NYS Teacher Certification in Early Childhood (Nursery, kindergarten or Grade 0-6) * Previous 2 years' experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields * Passionate about working with children * Ability to build rapport with children and parents * Positive and patient demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Clear criminal background check Company Description Established in 2007 with a vision to provide a learning environment a safe haven away from home for children to learn and explore while providing parents the peace mind that their children will be cared, loved and nurtured.
