Job description
Early Learning Partners, Inc. is a small, therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy company committed to supporting children (aged zero to three) and their families. Treating the developmental strengths and needs of these young children will take place in their homes and other natural settings. We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are excited about the opportunity to help our clients and grow with our company.

Compensation:
$45-$55 per billable hour. Compensation depending on experience.
Location:
Home-Based Early Intervention in Ventura County, serving the cities of Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Paula, Fillmore and Ojai.
Schedule:
A part-time employee can enjoy the flexibility of creating their own schedule with clients.
Treatment sessions are usually Monday through Friday.
The COTA should be available to build a caseload of 15 or more hours per week.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Current California Occupational Therapist Assistant Licensure
· OTA pediatric experience. We will train the right Licensed OTA candidate!
· Preferred experience as a developmental therapist with emphasis on birth to three population
· Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
· CPR/first aid certification
· Ability to pass background check
· Experience with feeding and sensory processing a plus
· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
